Futureproof Your Commercial Cleaning Needs
When a new customer wants an emergency clean, we are almost always able to do it because of the size of our team.
So when Daniel at CarMods Australia let us know that their previous cleaner had skipped out on them AND, they had a photoshoot the very next day, we jumped right on it.
A photoshoot was booked for the next day so it was quite the emergency.
The date couldn’t be changed and the deadline could not be moved.
Besides, it’s not in our DNA to let our customers down. So we make it standard practice to go out of our way to help.
And that’s what we did.
We chalk it up as yet another case of having a one man army not working out for the customer.
We have been asked to step in many times before where customers or prospects have engaged solo operators who can’t or won’t step up to do jobs when circumstances change.
It severely limits the customers options and while we would love to help, we often have to say no.
You see, we keep our powder dry for our regular customers. It’s all part of the service.
And it’s great to know, that if you need us, we will be there for you.
It’s not typical to think about what your needs will be in the future. Because you don’t know them.
But, you can ask the question of yourself around what will happen if your cleaning needs do change. Will your cleaning company be as flexible as you need them to be, when you need them to be?
Daniel also reported that the quality of the cleaning had diminished over time which is yet another very common story.
Seriously.
We don’t get it.
That’s because we put so much time and effort into our quality systems so that we can keep our customers happy and keep our customers!
