Here is how they do it.
In the guise of building long term relationships or being an “Adviser”, or providing regular reporting to you, there will be a section based around recommendations.
And the recommendations are always about extra cleaning you need. And the extra cleaning will always cost you more.
I am still amazed at the number of calls I get from businesses that have had horrible experiences with their previous cleaning service.
I can’t figure out why some people are in business and how they can take your money but not do what they promised you they would do for you.
And they do it week after week.
Let me say that again.
They take your money but don’t do what they promise you they will do.
